We answer by the applicable deadline, with an earlier internal target.
For a complex request, we explain any legally permitted extension and its deadline before the original deadline.
Two ways to ask

Email us — Write to [email protected] from any address. Asking for someone else? Include their written permission; we'll check with them directly before we act.
What we never do
- Ask for an ID document.
- Charge you for asking.
- Sell your personal data or share it for ads.
Not happy with our answer?
Reply to it within 45 days and we will look at your request again. You can also complain to your data protection regulator or your state attorney general.
